Why it exists
NOICE submissions have a 4 MB max per image. This tool defaults to 2 MB so you have headroom while preserving quality.
You can still choose lower targets (1 MB, 0.5 MB, or custom KB/MB) depending on your needs.
How it works
1) Upload a set
Drop one photo or a whole batch at once. Rename files inline if you want cleaner output names.
2) Set target size
Pick a preset (0.5 MB to 4 MB) or enter a custom size in KB/MB. Default starts at 2 MB.
3) Resize + download
The app smart-compresses each image locally and packages your finished files into a ZIP.
Install it like an app
Photo Resize can be installed from Chrome, Safari or Edge as a desktop app. Open the tool, click the install icon in the address bar (or menu → Install), and launch it from your dock.
Works online in the browser and as a standalone installed app for faster repeat workflows.
