What makes a good photograph?

I think a good photograph makes us think about our place in the world and also transports us to a different world--simultaneously.

Erruin is an ongoing photographic exploration of decay, destruction, absurdism, and the unexpected beauty that can emerge from them. The work is an abstract reflection on the consequences of modern life—the longing, impulsivity, and disorder we leave in our wake. I’m interested in the tension between struggle and acceptance, and in finding moments of beauty within deterioration and disorder. The photographs ask the viewer to look more closely at what we discard, what remains, what is possible, and what we consider beautiful.
