I live and work in Toronto, ON at a photography studio/equipment rental house. My submission is a selection of images from a new, ongoing body of work made between 2022 and 2023. This work is mainly made in Toronto, with a few exceptions being taken in small towns outside the city. I intuitively photograph people, animals, and places in my neighbourhood and the surrounding area, often having spontaneous encounters with people where we may spend many hours together, or other times just a brief moment.
