There are a ton of preciously manicured places in the world. I’m not interested in them. I am however enamored by the beauty that confronts you in the streets. Los Angeles is a clusterfuck of varied cultures and classes compacted in a city with a half-cooked civic infrastructure. The city layout makes you wonder if it was designed by a group of ambitious 9 year olds. These elements make for one hell of a backdrop for street photography. Magical realism, sarcasm and absurdity are some of the visual tones I gravitate towards while snapping moments in the wild.
